Periodic Maintenance Measures for A10VSO Pumps
Scheduled Inspection
Regular inspections of hydraulic parts must be conducted to check for any signs of wear, damage, or leakage. Areas with critical components such as seals or fittings, or connections, are to be inspected first to ascertain any issue at an early stage that, if permitted to go unchecked, may result in system failure.
Fluid Quality
Keep track of hydraulic fluid levels and quality. Never mix fluids, and do not use any fluids other than the ones recommended by the manufacturer or ones of dubious quality or contaminated ones, because those can seriously affect performance and also degrade the lifespan of the components.
