Piston Pump Structure:

Piston pumps are divided into two representative structural forms: axial piston pumps and radial piston pumps. As radial piston pumps are a relatively new and technologically advanced high-efficiency pump, with the continuous acceleration of domestic production, they will inevitably become an important part of the piston pump application field. A radial piston pump is a piston pump in which the reciprocating motion of the piston or plunger is perpendicular to the drive shaft.

Radial Piston Pump Working Principle: The driving torque is transmitted from the drive shaft to the star-shaped hydraulic cylinder rotor through a cross coupling. The stator is not subjected to other lateral forces. The rotor is mounted on a distribution shaft. The radially arranged plungers in the rotor are in close contact with the eccentrically stroked stator through hydrostatically balanced slippers.
